I am a bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with extensive experience supporting individuals and families navigating complex life challenges. I earned my Master of Social Work with a concentration in Clinical Practice in Health from Boston College in 2017 and I have dedicated my career to helping others access the care and resources they need to thrive.

My professional background includes clinical care management, hospital-based medical social work, and community mental health services. I have worked extensively with children, youth, and families, specializing in supporting those impacted by mental health concerns, chronic illness, and caregiving stress. My approach integrates collaboration, compassion, and evidence-based care planning to create individualized treatment strategies that empower my clients.

Through my private practice, Caminos Counseling LLC, I offer counseling services to adults navigating depression, anxiety, life transitions, and the challenges of caregiving. I am passionate about creating a safe, supportive space where clients can build resilience, find clarity, and achieve meaningful personal growth.
